A guided planning experience for retirement assumptions, goals, and next-step recommendations.
We already have React-based planning work in the broader codebase. This route gives us a stable home inside Rails while we decide whether to embed the existing app or rebuild the experience natively.
This placeholder route gives us a permanent URL, navigation slot, and page shape now, so we can migrate real calculators and guided flows into the new application incrementally instead of waiting for a full rewrite.
